"Averaging scores isn't agile."
We're aware that averaging scores isn't ideal, but this feature helps to speed up the conversation for large teams. Some who use planningpoker.com have teams of over 20 people). It can save lots of time to see the averaged and rounded score to find a mid-range total to start the team consensus conversation.
What if I don't want the scores to average?
Dealers may have noticed that the current or final score total is completely editable. Click the Edit Score link just underneath the Current Score and type in your own agreed-upon total.
We'll keep you updated when averaging options are launched.
